LilyPond langsam unter neuer Windows10-Version

Liebe Lilypondianer,

am Wochenende meinte mein Windows 10, auf Version 1607 (Betriebssystembuild 14393.447) updaten (oder upgraden?) zu müssen.
Seither laufen die LilyPond-Übersetzungen zehnmal langsamer (gefühlt; ich hatte keine Gelegenheit, vorher Vergleichsmessungen anzustellen; aber selbst wenn es nur fünfmal langsamer ist): sehr nervig!

Weiß einer einen Zauberspruch, mit dem ich Lily wieder schneller bekomme?

PS:
1) Lily ist langsam sowohl in Frescobaldi wie auch native auf der Kommandozeile
2) nein, ich kann (und will) nicht auf die vorige Version von Windows 10 zurückschalten

Viele mit windows klagen darüber. Ich kanns als Linux-user nicht prüfen.

Aber ich hörte das leeren des font-cashe könnte sinnvoll sein.
Such mal in den Archiven, da gibts einiges zu. Stichwort windows 10

Das Wegwerfen von C:\Users\%username%\.lilypond-fonts.cache-2 bringt es!
Wer Lust hat, kann sich das Protokoll unten anschauen (mit Zeitnahme) von der Batch-Datei, die ich mir für die Kompilierung auf der Kommandozeile gebastelt habe. Die wichtigen Zeilen sind fett hervorgehoben.
Weiß jemand, wie man dieses Thema nach "Betriesbssystemabhängig > Windows" verschiebt? Hatte ich vorher nicht entdeckt. Sorry!
